MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (Job Location : Jakarta & Surabaya)
He/She will join in a graduate traineeship program, designed to provide the successful graduate trainees with necessary skills, trainings and coaching, related to Retail Business environment. He/She will take on a number of small projects in keeping with your abilities. These projects and your overall responsibilities increase in complexity once you become familiar with the function and company’s processes.
QUALIFICATIONS :
* Male/Female
* Max 25 years old
* S1 any major, GPA min 2.75
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, preferably has 1 year working experience in retail industry
* Excellent command of written and spoken English
* Computer literate is a must
* Good interpersonal relationship skills with excellent service attitude
* Detail oriented, organizes, and posses strong problem solving skills
* Attention to detail and trustworthy with pleasant personality
* Able to work under pressure with flexible working hours
* Creative, proactive, and fast learner
* Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
